A house near you just sold
Show its new owners
their own kitchen,
finished by you.

From 100 dollars a week. 20 cards a week, First-Class postage, everything included. Cancel any time.20 cards, First-Class, all included.
Each trade in turn: our drawing of a room in a house that just sold, the same room finished, then that trade's postcard, front and back.

01 · We read the house
We read the room the way you would.
02 · Reserved to you
Reserved to you. For good.
Sample house · Sold 3 days ago · Built 1996 · Kitchen
When a house near you sells, we read its listing facts room by room for the signs your trade replaces.
1234signs your trade replaces
4 of 4 signs. Then we score the house for your kind of work, and it is reserved to you only if it clears your floor.
Full remodels, countertops and backsplashes are one kind of work here, so once a house is yours no other firm selling that work can have it.
One firm per house and kind of work. Once your card is mailed, that house can never go to another firm in your trade.
03 · Finished in your style
The same kitchen, finished your way.
Pick a style. The walls, windows and layout stay put. Only your work changes.

04 · Your card
Your logo. Your number. Their room.
Set in real type from what you approve, so a phone number never comes out wrong.
04 · Your card
6 by 9 inches. First-Class.
The back says what you do and carries a plain note that both pictures are illustrations.
05 · Into the mail
Then it goes in the mail.
First-Class, to the house that sold, expected in 2 to 7 business days. We say expected, never "delivered": no mailbox has a scanner, so nobody can honestly tell you the moment a card lands.

Day 5 to 10 · Your phone
And your phone rings.
It rings your own number.
One local tracking number, issued when your campaign goes live and printed on every card. It rings the phone you already carry.
You know before you say hello.
Pick up and you hear "Hearthwell Kitchens, this is a call from your postcard campaign." Then the caller is put through.
Every call is logged.
Number, time and length land on your dashboard, matched to the house that got your card when we can.
Recording stays off unless you switch it on, and callers are told first.
Calls
Every call to the tracking number printed on your cards, matched back to the house that got the card when we can.
Example calls. Every name and number here is fictional.
Your territory
One house. One kind of work. One firm. For good.
Two firms selling the same kind of work never share a house. It is enforced by our database, not by a promise.
- A house near you sells. New owners, keys in hand, living with the last owner's kitchen.
- We read the listing. Laminate or tile counters. Oak and raised panel doors. The kitchen is due.
- Reserved to you. Only you. Your card goes to the new owners with your name and number. Once it is mailed, this house is yours for kitchen work, for good.
- Another kitchen firm tries. Locked out. Full remodels, countertops and backsplashes are one kind of work here, so once a house is yours no other firm selling that work can have it.
- A flooring firm may still mail it. Floors are a different kind of work, so the new owners can hear from a flooring firm too. Never from a second kitchen firm.
- A kitchen already redone is turned down. It sold too, but the kitchen is already redone. It never uses one of your cards: we only mail houses that need your work.
- Every business day, more are yours. On a 20 a week plan that is 4 houses every business day, each reserved to you alone. Plans run from 20 to 100 a week.

An illustration. Firms, houses and miles are fictional.
Your dashboard
Every house, every card, every call.
Your own private dashboard, in your colors, behind your password and hidden from search engines. It shows the houses reserved to you, the card going to each one, where every card is in the post, and who rang. It counts what really happened and never dresses it up.
01Every morning it opens on today: what goes in the post, what is still moving, who rang.

Example dashboard. Every firm, house, number and call on it is made up to show you the screens; none of it is a result. On yours, every house is a real one near you.
Built for your trade
Eight trades. Eight different cards.
Each trade has its own card, front and back, and its own way of finishing the room. Watch yours finish, then turn it over.

Why we draw
We never print a listing photo.
- The photo
Listing photos belong to the photographer or the MLS. Not to us, and not to you, so no card of ours prints one and no image model is ever handed one.
- The facts
We start from the facts of the listing: the walls, the window, what is fitted where, and what it is made of.
- The drawing
We generate an illustration of the room from the actual facts, in plain grey ink. The new owners still know it is their kitchen.
- Your finish
The finished room is rendered from that illustration, in the style you actually build. Same room, your work.
- The notice
And every card says so, in print, so nobody is misled about what they are looking at.

The facts
- U shaped kitchen
- Window over the sink
- Fridge on the left wall
- Range and hood on the right
- Laminate counters, vinyl floor

Printed on the back of every card
The drawing and the finished picture of your home on this card are illustrations we made from public details about it. The finished room is a computer simulation for illustration: not a bid, and not a guarantee of appearance, materials or cost.

Your number, in writing
Your number, in writingThe phone on your card is the one you confirmed in writing, never a number found online.
Your logo, licensed
Your logo, licensedYour logo prints only with your written, revocable license, and only on a design you approved.

Why it is different
Not another coupon in the recycling bin.
A house sells. The mail starts. New mover lists, every door on the route, the neighbors of somebody's last job.
It gets sorted over the bin. A card made for every door on the street reads like one.
One card is about the room they are standing in. Their own kitchen, finished in your style. That one is yours.

Line by line
The same mailbox. A different card.
Who gets it
Every door on a route, or a bought list.
The new owners of a house that just sold.
What they see
A coupon, and a stock photo of somebody else's kitchen.
Their own kitchen today, and finished in your style.
Shared or exclusive
Shared. A rival can mail the same door the same week.
Yours alone in your kind of work, for good.
Who picks the houses
You do: a ZIP code, a radius or a list.
We do, every business day, from the listing facts.
Who does the work
You do: template, offer, list, schedule, repeat.
We do all of it. You answer the phone.
What you can see
Often only a count of pieces mailed.
Every card, its house, and every scan and call.
A comparison of the kinds of postcard mail sold to home service contractors: every door saturation mail, new mover lists, neighbor mailers and template cards, as their sellers describe them on their own public pages (read October 2026). No company is named here.

Break-even, not a forecast
The gross profit of one typical kitchen remodel pays for 31 weeks of this plan.
Borrowed: a typical kitchen remodel is a 20,000 dollar job at a 30% margin, about 6,000 dollars of gross profit (published remodeling cost guides). At 190 dollars a week that covers 31 weeks. We have not measured how many cards turn into a job.
Compare with what a lead costs elsewhere
About 50 dollars buys one shared marketplace lead, and the same lead can go to several pros. Here it puts your card on 13 houses that are yours alone in your trade. Borrowed, derived from Angi's 2025 filing.
400 dollars is the median a Top 500 kitchen and bath remodeler spends on marketing for each issued lead, an appointment. Here it pays for 105 cards. Borrowed, Qualified Remodeler, 2026.
The small print, in plain words
- The first charge covers your first 2 weeks.
- Then the same amount every 2 weeks.
- Cancel any time. It stops at the end of the weeks you paid for, and those cards still go out.
- We confirm your plan once we check how many houses sell near you.

Questions
Straight answers.
The questions you would ask before you pay, answered the way the product actually works. Tap a card to pull it out.
The card
No. It is an illustration of their room that we generate from the actual facts of the listing. No listing photograph is ever printed or given to an image model, and the card says in print that both pictures are illustrations.
That is the point of the card. The illustration keeps the room's layout: where the window is, where the range and the refrigerator stand. The finished picture keeps the same view and changes what you would change.
No, and the card says so: the finished picture is an illustration, not a bid and not a guarantee of appearance, materials or cost. It starts the conversation; your quote finishes it.
Yes. The illustration and the finished room are generated, then checked against the facts of the house before anything prints. Every word on the card is real type set from what you approved.
Your houses
Every business day we read the listings of houses that just sold near you. A house is reserved to you only when its room shows the work you do.
One house, one kind of work, one firm. Two firms selling the same kind of work never share a house, and once a card has been mailed that house stays yours for that work, for good. A firm selling a different kind of work may still mail it.
No. There is no list to buy, and no homeowner's name or phone number is sold to you. The card is mailed to the house itself, addressed to the current resident, and if they want the work, they call you.
Denver, Phoenix, Chicago and Cleveland are live, and more metros are being added. We check how many houses sell near you before you pay, and if your area cannot fill the smallest plan we say so.
Mail and calls
We read the houses that sold every business day, and each card is scheduled to go into the post the next business day after its house is reserved to you. First-Class mail is expected 2 to 7 business days after posting.
Yours. The phone on your card is the one you approved in writing; we never print a number we found online. Your own local tracking number, issued when your campaign goes live, rings straight through to you.
We do not quote a response rate, because none has been measured on this product yet. Your dashboard counts the calls to your tracking number, the scans of your QR code and the jobs you mark booked, and nothing else.
Before you start
Yes. We use your logo only with your written, revocable license, and you approve the card before it prints.
From 100 dollars a week for 20 cards, down to 3 dollars a card at 100 a week, everything included. The first charge covers 2 weeks, then every 2 weeks. Cancel any time; it stops at the end of the weeks you paid for.
Postingo is made by Markingo Systems Inc., based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The postcard service is new, so there are no reviews of it yet, and we would rather tell you that than invent any.
